I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail. The rooms, especially the one with the incredible bathtub, had some awesome features that made my stay really enjoyable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to the centre of everything in the city and next to the river. It was also great that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast to start the day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory, but there is one aspect that could be improved.

Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the complimentary gourmet tea and snacks. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the riverfront and many great restaurants. We especially appreciated the free one-way transfer to the airport.
The breakfast service was a bit slow and it took longer than expected to be served. there were some noises from nearby construction that could be heard in our room.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. We arrived quite early and they immediately assist us to settle into our room, not forgetting the welcoming drink and delicious kek lapis which was served to us upon our arrival. They also helped us to book our river cruise and arrange for our trip to the Sarawak Cultural Village. The location of the hotel is also very good as all the main attractions are within walking distance. The popular eatery i.e. Top Spot (Taman Kereta) is just a stone-throw away, barely 3 minutes walking. The hotel is truly recommended for those who wish to visit Kuching be it for your relaxing holiday, honeymoon, with family or on business trip. We really enjoyed our stay due to the warm welcome that we received from the staff. Bravo!

The room was spacious, and beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The desk was huge with a brilliant array of plug in possibilities and the wifi was good. The tea varieties and coffee were fantastic.
It would be helpful to have a breakfast menu on the table each morning as some of the staff were a bit clueless as to what was available and it all seemed a bit random. But the staff were very friendly and tried very hard to be helpful.
